Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed the same day and delivery confirmed by way of email/telephonic confirmation.
Return and Refunds Policy The provision of goods and services by Digital Allsorts is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Digital Allsorts will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancelled orders – orders may be cancelled at any time prior to delivery. A full refund will be given. Returned goods will only be refunded the price paid for the product (excluding delivery costs) if the goods are returned to Digital Allsorts at your expense within 7 days of receipt and the goods are unopened and seals unbroken. A 15% restocking fee may however be charged. Switch on Fault - faulty products will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receiving it, subject to manufacturer's approval. Special/custom orders will not be accepted back for refund in this situation.

Payment Options Accepted Payment may be made via Visa and Mastercard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Digital Allsorts bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. No cash is accepted. Goods will only be released once payment reflects in our account.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Digital Allsorts by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.
